This is very good place to live . Villagers are very supportive . Also it is very safe place to live .

Yes i am agree with Mr. Mehra , its good place for living in all standard , very near from Panvel railway station apx 2 Kms, cheep costing of newly construction flats, & also here people staying ( villagers ) are very helpful. I am happy to live here.

For the ones who didn't purchase or invest a place here in Vichumbe, just a few thoughts: 1) People are never gundas, they are made goons by people like you who call them goons. 2) This place is the first village for development under the CIDCO Project NAINA 3) Trans Harbor Sea Link is coming up. 4) 2 kilometers from Navi Mumbai International Airport. 5) Weather is excellent. I am not from this village, but now I stay here and this place is beautiful with the rising sun and the beautiful konkan weather.

The best society in Vichumbe with ample space and airy surroundings. Lots of educated people in the society that includes bankers, lawyers, doctors & MBA. Newly opened hospital and a new State Bank branch nearby has added value. Just 800 meters from Panvel station with all facilities like market, school, colleges nearby.

Very peaceful society, infact I would say best society in area (once it was worst one... Only negative point now is bad dusty roads in vichumbe, which is an grave problem...

this maya developers mr mehta is a fraud person. took money from customers back 2010 and no progress yet. please anyone do not waste your money with this fraud person
